You can apply for the Blue Card if you have ALL the following requirements:
You are a non-EU citizen (outside the European Union)
You have received a subordinate employment contract of at least 6 months in Italy
Your salary is at least €35,500 gross per year
In addition to the above requirements, you must possess at least ONE of the professional qualifications indicated in the following section.
Plus at least ONE of these qualifications:
Bachelor's degree recognized in Italy (experience not required)
At least 5 years of experience consistent with the job offered
At least 3 years in the last 7 as ICT expert or tech manager
