Future Italian provides consultancy and administrative support for visas, residence permits, citizenship and other procedures in Italy. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

Services

We guide you through the required documents, prepare and coordinate your application and liaise with the relevant offices. Our services are administrative in nature and do not constitute legal advice or representation in court. Where a case requires it, parts of the work may be carried out by independent professionals in Italy, such as lawyers, accountants or certified translators, who act under their own professional responsibility.

Client Responsibilities

Service Limitations

We do not guarantee the approval or success of any application. Decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities and depend on factors outside our control, including legal requirements, documentation, and processing times. Timelines may be affected by changes in regulations, authority delays, or additional requirements not initially anticipated.

Payment

Fees are agreed in writing before any work begins and are payable in advance. Unless stated otherwise, they do not include government fees, translations, apostilles, certified copies, courier costs or other third-party expenses.

Limitation of Liability

Future Italian is not liable for decisions made by the authorities, delays caused by authorities or third parties, the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, indirect or consequential damages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability in any case is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service concerned.

Electronic Communications and Portal Notices

By engaging our services, you consent to receive case-related communications, updates, reminders, document notices, and other service communications by email, through the Future Italian client portal, or through both channels, using the contact details associated with your account or client record.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Future Italian is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and try in good faith to resolve the matter for at least 30 days.
