Future Italian provides immigration consultancy and administrative support services. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Services

We provide administrative consultancy services related to immigration, including guidance on documentation, assistance with application procedures, and coordination with relevant authorities. Our services are strictly administrative in nature and do not constitute legal advice or legal representation. For legal matters, we recommend consulting a qualified attorney.

Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.

Cooperation

You must cooperate throughout the process, provide requested documents promptly, and follow the instructions of our consultants.

Timeliness

You must respond promptly to requests for documentation or information. Delays on your part may extend processing times.

Service Limitations

We do not guarantee the approval or success of any application. Decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities and depend on factors outside our control, including legal requirements, documentation, and processing times. Timelines may be affected by changes in regulations, authority delays, or additional requirements not initially anticipated.

Payment

Service fees are communicated before any work begins. All fees must be paid in advance of service delivery. Fees do not include government application fees, document translation or certification costs, or other third-party expenses.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Future Italian is not liable for: decisions made by immigration authorities, delays caused by authorities or third parties, consequences of inaccurate information provided by the client, indirect or consequential damages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Electronic Communications and Portal Notices

By engaging our services, you consent to receive case-related communications, updates, reminders, document notices, and other service communications by email, through the Future Italian client portal, or through both channels, using the contact details associated with your account or client record.

You are responsible for keeping your email address up to date, monitoring your inbox, including spam or junk folders, and reviewing the client portal regularly. Except where applicable law requires a different method of notice, communications sent by our systems to the email address on file and/or made available in the client portal will be considered valid business communications regarding your matter. Our internal records, including transmission logs, archived email content, delivery events, and portal records, may be used to document that a communication was sent or made available.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. For information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
